Please note that we only accept returns/exchanges if the products meet the "return and exchange conditions" and do not fall under the "not applicable return and exchange conditions" below.


Exchange terms and conditions

When the product has the following conditions, the return shipping cost of the product will be borne by our store:

1. Products that do not match the order (including but not limited to product specifications, styles, quantities, etc.);

2. The product has obvious defects (including but not limited to quality defects, damage during transportation, etc.);

3. After the customer places the order and pays, the order cannot be changed or refunded. If you have special reasons, please contact us and we will make arrangements according to the situation;

 

In other cases not listed above, the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. The company reserves the right of final decision.

 

Goods will not be confirmed as damaged for the following reasons:

1. Damage caused by improper use or cleaning, or damage caused by your own modifications or other human factors is not a quality problem;

2. Small and inconspicuous dirt;

3. There is a slight difference between the actual color and the color shown online (due to the different monitor settings of each electronic product, each person's definition of color depth, and the lighting effects during shooting, etc., the actual color may be slightly different from the photo) Differences are normal. Return and exchange procedures

 

1. Contact us and provide the details of the returned product and order number, and briefly describe the reason for the return.

2. If the reason is appropriate and complies with our company's return and exchange policy, we will notify the customer that the return or exchange has been accepted. If necessary, we may ask customers to upload photos of the goods to show the damage.

3. After receiving the notification, the customer can send the returned or exchanged goods to the company's return address.

4. After receiving the returned goods, the company will check whether the returned goods comply with the return and exchange principles.

5. a) If the product complies with the return and exchange policy, we will directly convert the money into "Member Shopping Credit" for the customer to use next time.
5. b) If the product does not comply with the return and exchange policy, we will not process the return or exchange of the product, nor will we return the product to the customer, and will notify you by email later.
*When returning goods, the shipping costs of the returned goods and the original order will not be refunded.

6. If the product/package contains additional gifts (shopping gifts), please return the gifts together. Gifts need to be kept in the same condition they were received. Exchange and shipping instructions

 

Please note that we only accept exchanges via SF Express. Returns/exchanges via regular mail, registered mail and express delivery will not be accepted. If there is no quality problem with the return/exchange, the postage will be borne by you. We recommend that you ensure that your parcel is returned to us safely and ask that you declare the total value of the product to the courier company so that you are fully protected if it is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to insure or declare the total value of the returned/replaced product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We are not responsible for any risk of damage or loss of products upon return/exchange.

 

 

Refund method

 

After it is determined that there is no human defect, the money will be directly converted into "Member Shopping Credit" for next use.
Once completed, you will receive a return confirmation via email.


Refund time

 

For returned products, once we confirm that they meet the return conditions and requirements, we will convert them into "Member Shopping Credits" within 10 working days after receiving the returned products.

If the product you returned was purchased together with other products to take advantage of our promotions or offers, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund amount;

If the product you are returning was purchased with other items to benefit from free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount.

 


Notes on returns and exchanges

All goods will be inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no quality issues. However, if you encounter some unnoticed production problems, please notify us and attach photos (one photo of the damaged part and one photo of the entire product) to request a replacement product.
Only one return is available per order.

To return global shipping orders, please apply for returns carefully. In principle, orders cannot be canceled while the order is in delivery. Once global shipping begins, returns cannot be requested except in the case of delivery errors or defective items. If the delivery is wrong or the product is defective, please send the photo back to the customer service staff within five days. After it is determined that the defect is not human-made, the money will be directly converted into "Member Shopping Credit" for next use.
